We’re excited to announce the upcoming launch of Divorce Sprints, a new program designed to help people approach divorce with greater clarity, preparation, and confidence.

Instead of trying to learn everything at once, Divorce Sprints breaks the process into 33 focused sessions that tackle the real decisions people face—from understanding finances and negotiating agreements to planning the next chapter of life. Each sprint delivers practical insight from experienced professionals and gives participants the tools they need to move forward with a clear plan.

Beginning June 2026, participants will be able to explore the full sprint catalog, choose individual sessions, or build custom learning packages that fit their situation. Divorce Sprints is designed to make complex decisions more manageable—one sprint at a time.

Divorce Sprints is a structured learning program launching June 2026 designed to help individuals navigate the most important decisions during divorce with clarity and preparation. The program includes 33 focused sprints, each addressing a specific topic such as financial disclosures, support calculations, equity compensation, real estate decisions, parenting plans, negotiation preparation, and post-divorce planning.

Each sprint is a short, expert-led session that can be taken independently or combined with others to build deeper knowledge. For participants who want a more guided approach, the sprints are also organized into curated packages that follow the major stages of the divorce process—from early orientation through financial planning, negotiation preparation, and life after divorce. This structure allows participants to focus on the issues most relevant to their situation while progressing through the program at their own pace.

Divorce Sprints is launching in June 2026, introducing a structured program designed to help individuals navigate the most important financial, legal, and parenting decisions during divorce. The program consists of 33 focused sprints, each a short, expert-led session that addresses a specific aspect of the divorce process—from financial disclosures and equity compensation to parenting plans, negotiation preparation, and post-divorce financial planning.

Each sprint is designed to stand on its own while also forming part of a comprehensive system that helps participants move through divorce with greater clarity and preparation. Sprints may be taken individually or grouped into packages that follow the natural stages of the divorce process, allowing participants to build the knowledge and decision-making tools they need at the right time.

Sessions are delivered live by experienced professionals and are designed for participants who want practical frameworks, clear explanations, and actionable guidance on complex topics. Divorce Sprints will begin offering sessions in June 2026, with regular weekly scheduling and flexible enrollment options.

Additional details, the full sprint catalog, and registration information will be available soon.

Divorce as a Program

Course categoryOrientation & Strategy
  • Treat divorce like a product launch: phases, decisions, timelines, risks.
  • Objective: Build a personal roadmap aligned to CA’s divorce steps and minimum timeline.
  • Prework: 10 min: “case facts” intake (marriage date, kids, assets, goals)
  • Objective: Build a personal roadmap aligned to CA’s divorce steps and minimum timeline.

Divorce is often approached as a legal event, but in reality it functions more like a complex program with multiple phases, stakeholders, deadlines, and risk points. This sprint introduces a structured framework for managing divorce as a project, helping participants understand how decisions unfold over time and how early choices influence later outcomes. Instead of reacting to events as they occur, participants learn to view divorce as a sequence of strategic decisions that require planning, prioritization, and coordination.

Participants will map the major stages of a divorce process, from separation through settlement and post-divorce transition. The session introduces tools used in program management—such as decision maps, timelines, and risk assessments—to help participants identify key milestones and responsibilities. By the end of the sprint, participants will have a clear operational framework for navigating the divorce process, reducing uncertainty and allowing them to move forward with deliberate strategy rather than improvisation.
